Now i work full-time as managing editor of a weekly newspaper. That’s not enough of a word nerd fix, though, so i also pursueS freelance work.
my utmost passion is storytelling, both written and visual. THROUGH various odd jobs and projects, THAT PASSION HAS ONLY INTENSIFIED.
i was a Stan and tom Wick poetry prize recipient in 2018 and the top Hagedorn Photojournalism Scholar in 2016.
my work has appeared in multiple publications including the greene county messenger, Ohio Magazine, Sivana East, Greene County Living, The Observer-Reporter, The Herald Standard, the burr magazine and The kent stater.
